1. Intended use
Use LaunchSKU to prepare, edit, review, and organize product images and related ecommerce assets that you have the right to use. Outputs remain drafts until a person checks them against the real product and applicable marketplace rules.
2. Sexual and adult content is prohibited
Do not request, upload, create, transform, promote, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit content, erotic nudity, NSFW material, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor is strictly prohibited.
3. Identity and consent
Do not create face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation, deceptive identity edits, or images of a real person without the rights and consent required for that use. Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, humiliation, hateful abuse, or exploitative imagery.
4. Fraud, harm, and illegal activity
Do not use LaunchSKU for fraud, counterfeit products, deceptive claims, illegal or age-restricted goods, weapons, regulated financial activity, malware, evasion of platform controls, or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing. Do not misrepresent an AI-generated person, scene, certification, review, or product feature as real.
5. Rights and marketplace integrity
Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, supplier restrictions, or marketplace terms. You are responsible for the permissions behind uploaded source material and for reviewing every asset before commercial use.
6. Prompt screening and enforcement
Every user-supplied prompt that can reach an image-generation model is sent to Creem's Moderation API first. A deny or flag decision blocks generation. A timeout, service failure, missing configuration, or unknown decision also blocks generation; the request does not fall through to the image provider and no credits are used.
We may restrict or terminate access, preserve security records when legally required, and cooperate with valid legal requests. Attempts to bypass safety, identity, credit, rate-limit, or file-access controls are prohibited.
