1. Service
LaunchSKU provides a rate-limited public background-removal tool and signed-in image tasks for knitwear and ecommerce product work. It also provides a secondary Amazon seller workspace for product facts, listing drafts, image roles, exports, and Processing Report review.
2. Credits and task completion
Each paid image task displays a credit cost before generation. Credits are charged only after a result is completed; an unsuccessful request does not use credits. Credits pay for processing and do not guarantee that an output is accurate, commercially usable, or accepted by a marketplace.
3. Prices, payment, and subscriptions
Prices are shown in US dollars. Creem processes checkout. One-time packs grant the stated credits after confirmed payment, and monthly products grant the stated credits after a confirmed subscription payment. Subscription cancellation, refund, dispute, and payment timing follow the applicable checkout terms; refunds and disputes may place related credits or access under review.
4. Uploaded material and permission
You must own or have permission to use uploaded images, trademarks, supplier material, product data, and prompts. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, or to create misleading product representations.
5. Prohibited content and acceptable use
LaunchSKU must not be used to request, create, transform, promote, or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, erotic nudity, NSFW content, sexual services, sexual exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors. Face swaps, deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, identity deception, harassment, hateful or violent abuse, illegal goods, fraud, counterfeit products, and intellectual-property infringement are also prohibited. Every user-supplied image-generation prompt is screened before it reaches an image model. A denied or flagged prompt is blocked. If safety screening is unavailable or returns an unknown result, generation is also blocked and no credits are used.
6. AI output and human review
AI may alter garment structure, texture, color, people, text, or scene details. You must compare outputs with the real product and review intellectual property, advertising claims, and platform rules. LaunchSKU does not warrant factual accuracy, visual fidelity, non-infringement, or marketplace acceptance.
7. Accounts, security, and fair use
Do not bypass sign-in, safety screening, credit, usage-limit, or file-access controls. We may restrict automated abuse, suspicious payment activity, or attempts to access another workspace. Keep access to your Google account secure.
8. Amazon independence
LaunchSKU is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. An internal “ready” state does not mean Seller Central has accepted a file or that a product is live. Sellers remain responsible for final upload, policy, tax, safety, and compliance decisions.
9. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, rate-limited, or interrupted as models, providers, marketplace rules, and early-stage product constraints change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rankings, sales, account health, or business income.
10. Data and termination
You retain rights in your business data and lawful uploaded material. Download outputs you need before ending use. Workspace owners may export data and request deletion, subject to payment, dispute, security, and legal retention requirements.
